Datto has switched to a single-sign-on (SSO) model to centralize the locations of user accounts across its various
locations. This streamlines everything from passwords to new services to HR.
Employees
If you're a Datto employee, your SSO username might be different from your old admin.dattobackup.com username. This form requires your SSO (Active Directory/LDAP) username. If you had a number on the end of your admin username (such as jdoe0), try leaving the digit off here (jdoe). If that doesn't work, contact Technical Services and we'll be happy to help you track down your account.
Partners
If you are a Datto Partner, please use the Partner Portal.
If you're a Datto Distributor, you need to specify the domain PARTNER in your username, for example:
- PARTNER\jdoe, or
- jdoe@PARTNER.DATTO.NET
Larger distributors may be assigned their own domains, which enables them to manage their own users. For further
